Users may request account closure at any time. Any remaining balance will be refunded after deducting bonuses — though the refund amount may differ if there are active bets or incomplete Wagering Requirements.

• Financial losses from betting are entirely the user's own responsibility.
• If a bet cannot be placed due to an internet connection failure.
• For delays caused by third-party services such as bKash, Nagad, etc.
• If the service is disrupted due to unavoidable circumstances such as natural disasters, war, or government directives.
